Bobby Frank – Chief Development Officer, Partner

Mr. Frank leads the origination and advancement of renewable fuels projects at Demeter Energy. His expertise spans large-scale forestry, project risk mitigation, and renewable fuels development. He began his career with hands-on work across forest assets, landowners, and field operations that shaped his understanding of supply systems, sustainability constraints, and execution risk at the asset level. Before joining Demeter, Mr. Frank advised developers, investors, and asset owners on critical factors such as feedstock availability, pricing stability, logistics feasibility, and supply-chain risk, as core inputs to large-scale project bankability. He also led North American commercial engagement for wood resource consulting at ResourceWise, supporting biomass, biofuels, RNG, SAF, and industrial wood-consuming projects. In that role, he built trusted relationships by identifying execution risks early and structuring practical mitigation pathways. At Demeter Energy, he combines asset-level insight with development-stage expertise to advance projects rooted in durable supply, disciplined execution, and long-term market alignment across maritime and industrial end markets.
